Anyway, we had to go to Valu to look for parts to fix the bathroom drain.. We got some stuff but none of it worked.. I don't know what we're gonna do about it.. Hopefully my superhero Nick can help, but he's been very busy lately with stuff with his OWN life.. :) .. So we MIGHT have to call a plumber.. (not my idea of a good time)..
After that, Jeff fixed the toilet leak.. That was an easy fix.. and I went and did some shopping. Went to walmart and got the basics that I always buy at walmart.. Cat food, soda, garbage bags.. Then I went to the mall.. I love to wander around Barnes and Noble.. I rarely buy books there, but I do like to look at them.. I always looks at the miscarriage/infertility section.. (Did you ever notice there are a lot more books about Menopause and breast cancer than there are about Miscarriage and Infertility?).. I always scan them for things that are of interest to me.. I like to read about herbs to help fertility, and to see if any of them have any info on PAI-1 (they never do).. I also looked for that book I was trying to think of from a month or so ago "In the Country of Last Things".. they didn't have it.. I scanned the shelves for some other novel that might interest me because its been YEARS since i really read a book.. And i would like to start.. Any suggestions? I'm not sure I want to read Chick-lit.. but i do want to start with an easy read...
Then it was next door to Famous Footwear.. it was actually the easiest shoe shopping trip ever. I walked in the door, the CLOSEST pair of shoes to me were perfect for new work shoes for me and they were only $30. Cute, huh?
.

Then I checked out Aeropostale to see if they had any cheap strappy tanks.. They did.. $10.. but I decided to save my money for the bath and body works sale. Good thing too, since they have the wallflowers on sale for $5 each. I bought 5 refills, and one starter kit. And a lip gloss for $2.
I love the wallflowers..
Then I headed home.. and it was time to leave to go to my sisters craziness.. but after the haircut I came home and some yummy wine.. I think its my new Favorite - Loosen Bros "Dr.L" - Riesling..
I'm kinda bummed that it has the screwtop bottle, but now my OLD favorite Relax has a screwtop bottle too, so I think I just need to get over it.. Side note.. My local liquor store now carries RELAX in MAGNUM bottles!! whoo hoo!!
