Eve's room!

Okay! Finally some progress being made in Eve's room! Here is a look in the door, as you can tell, we are still waiting on the rug, the light to be installed and the knobs for the drawers, as well as some other baby basics, but the room is really finally starting to feel done to me!

This is what is going to be her changing table. The little mirror set is from IKEA, we're gonna mount the small mirror that is laying on the dresser currently on the wall as well.
This is her desk.. You can see she has some books.. but I have a long way to go before it is full! Most of the stuffed animals are not going to live there. We have one of those hanging toy nets that is going to go in the corner behind the door, but Jeff hasn't hung it yet.. The space between the dresser and desk is either going to be where the ottoman is stashed, or some sort of diaper storage container. I haven't quite decided yet.

Next here, we have my adorable, awesome comfy glider and ottoman along with the nightstand and lamp.. This corner is a little awkward, but I really wanted the chair near this little window, cuz I think the window is just too darn cute. You can see the curtains hung up.. I think Jeff hung them a little funny, but he and I disagree about hanging valences in our house because of the moulding on all the woodwork.

Eve's name over her crib. I don't know why it photographs so washed out, probably because the letters are glosey. They are much more colorful in real life. We are also probably gonna get one of those vinyl sayings.. I'm thinking "I am a dream come true"

And finally, the Peace Love Baby sign. I loved this sign, but i was uncertain I was going to like it once it was actually in the room.. but I REALLY REALLY REALLY love. I think it is my favorite part of the room!

Yay! And my shower is in 4 days, so hopefully I'll be getting some more stuff to complete her room, and then sometime soon we can finish up all the details!
