Why can't stuff just work?

No worries.. not baby related..

We ordered a DirecTV HD plus DVR box. It came with two day delivery and I had set up my other two boxes by myself with no problem.. It just will not work.. The first time we ran it it went into the set up but was having trouble finding some of the satellites.. Then we called the directv help line and I am pretty sure the lady I talked to made the problem worse by having us reset the box in the middle of the set up.. Now we can't even get it back into the set up and it won't even find the satellite signal. Jeff is gonna have Nick (my personal superhero, remember?) come out tonight and he thinks he might be able to help fix it, but I severely doubt it. There isn't really anything we can DO.. We're gonna have to have a DirecTV guy come out and fix it.. and if I have to pay for it, I'm gonna be Piiiiiiisssed.
