Picture time!

So here are some nursery pics.. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE our crib. If anyone is wondering, its the Starlight Crib by Stanley Young America. My favorite parts are the curves and the round panels on the ends..

Obviously, we still have no hardware on any of the furniture.. And we haven't brought the hutch or the chair in yet for the desk. And the nightstand is not really living between the dresser and the desk. The crib is going where it is though, and I think the tall dresser is staying there too. Oh and the crib bumper is fitting a little funky right now, we'll have to work on that..

I have to decide which window I am going to put the glider next to. I want it where the cradle is sitting now (since the cradle will not usually be in her room), but I have to figure out if its going to block the closet door too much once we actually get it..

We need to order our rug. I decided on the Pink and brown one with the initial on it.. I think its going to look so pretty.. and we're just gonna get a 3x5 and let a lot of the hardwood show, so it won't be SO ridiculously expensive.. And once we get a ceiling fixture put in, the ugly spotlight lamp can get out of there..

Some more stuff that we've picked out..
The fabric on our glider will similar to this.. and my mother in law is making valences and a chair cushion for the desk chair in a similar fabric as well.. I think I am going to have my mom paint the drawer knobs in a similar pattern.

This is the light fixture we're gonna have put in. Simple and sweet, I think.. I found the chandeliers to be a bit too girly.. but this one is just perfect.
