I finally got some sleep!

So last night i figured that I was NEVER going to feel any better if I didn't sleep.. So I didn't take any naps yesterday.. and Jeff and I stayed up too late as usual.. but instead of crashing on the couch, I went to bed around 12:30.. And guess what.. I didn't get OUT Of bed til almost noon! I took some benadryl before bed to try to knock myself out.. It helped some.. I still didn't sleep straight through or anything.. but I think I slept pretty solid until about 6 am and then I had a few hours of waking up on and off.. and then Jeff left for work around 9 and before I knew it the clock said 11:30! I feel better already.. My nose is still all stuffy.. but I can handle that!

In happier news, I forgot to mention, Tuesday was "full term" day.. 37 weeks.. Meaning if Eve was born at anytime now, she wouldn't be considered a preemie or anything.. I am pretty happy to keep her cooking for these last 12 days though.. As long as she lets me sleep like I did last night, cuz I know she's not gonna let me do that once she's born! I have About 10 days left of work.. but probably only like 7 or 8 shifts max.. I am scheduled for a REALLY long shift tomorrow, which I am slightly worried about, especially since It is immediately following my Dr appt with internal, and I was SUPER crampy for a full day after my last internal. Hopefully this Dr will be kinder..

On my agenda today... first I need a shower cuz I'm scuzzy.. Then I need to go to the post office and get some stamps for my shower thank you notes that are FINALLY done.. It only took me a month! Then I'm working tonight.. Just 5-10..

In related news, I ordered address labels from www.familylabels.com with Eve (and us and the cats) on them last night! I am so excited.. It was harder to find Cats that looked like our cats than it was to find people that looked like us.. We just made Eve a generic baby with a pink bow. I hope she won't be offended.
