Also, I went back to work this week. Jeff's mom has been watching Eve while I go to work. So far, its going fairly well with some minor bumps along the road.. but I don't hate it as much as I thought I would.. I really CAN'T pump at work on a normal day. My first day back was really really quiet and I did pump at work once.. and I got walked in on by my male coworker.. EXCELLENT.. We also are having some miscommunications with MIL about how much/how often to feed the baby..No matter HOW CLEAR i think I am being, she always manages to feed her too much. I think she just feeds her everytime she cries. So today I am leaving bottles with times laid out and NO extra milk in the fridge, so hopefully it is MIL proof.
However, going back to work is making me realize how much my tailbone still really hurts. I'd think after 8 weeks it would be getting better, but its actually getting worse, i think. My OB made it sound like it was just normal.. but I am considering going to my PCP and at least maybe getting an xray just so I know if its cracked/broken/dislocated or what.. cuz all i know is it HURTS. Someday
Eve had her first Easter last weekend.. It was a very busy day. We went to church.. she slept in her sling through the whole thing.. I was kind of bummed because Jeff said that if Eve cried I could take her and leave..(I do NOT like church). Then we went out to brunch with ILs. SIL was home from Ireland for the week so she got to meet Eve.. Finally we went to dinner at my parents house.

Your little one is so cute!! Can't believe it's been 2 months since she was born! Thanks for the info on the instructions. We ended up getting some from the store.
What do you think of the Medela pump? There's so many choices!!
Look at the smiles on Evie - so cute!
And sorry about the frustrations around pumping, MIL, etc... That sucks!
If your child is underweight, why are you concerned with your MIL overfeeding her? You really can't overfeed a baby that young.
